Re: Beer Question....
never had it, fomr what I hear it's a new "corona-ish" beer, fairly decent but a relatively "typical" lager.....think Corona, red stripe, etc.

Funny, that's largely the impression I get from Bud, Coors, Miller now. Not as much a fan of corona either because I taste the corn way too much. Still like some other lighter lagers like Sol and Dos Equis and Moosehead, but the big American macros are pretty light and bland.....although they ARe good for something light after mowing in the sun

thought you drank lonestar anyway....haven't had the opportunity to try Lonestar or shiner yet, although I'm sure I will. Just had a 32-oz glass of XX at a Mexican place a couple weekends ago, that was a nice night......

Re: Beer Question....
I'd have to disagree that all light beers are like water....
Rolling Rock and Bud Light are pretty weak.
Mich and Miller Lite aren't exactly tar-thick, but at they have SOME flavor. I personally think Sam Admas has a pretty full flavor.
I guess it depends on what you're looking for. Hot day, outside, I don't want something really heavy... eating a steak, something with some character is ideal.

Re: Beer Question....
Miller is my choice for hanging-out drinking, but I'll try just about anything (except maybe IPAs and that nasty Australian crap) My friend is Slovak and had some crazy Slovak beer he got ahold of... it was as cross between a lager and diesel fuel... but in a good way.

Re: Beer Question....
Marcus, the only place I have ever had Landshark beer was when i was down in St Petes Beach. Actually the first time I have ever saw it, so I bought some. It was actually very good. Like Mark said, it is fairly Corona-ish. Not a bad lager, although not as good as Red Stripe. I actually prefered it to Corona.
