Re: Sushi?
Dude, I'll my backstraps RARE as all get out, but raw? I'm not quite that gutsy...
Although I like to gross my wife out by popping some raw hamburger once in awhile, but that's about the limit...

Re: Sushi?
I'll still do burger on occasion, although I suspect that's probably as bad as venison if not worse....
I used to slice whole thin slices off the backstrap cuts that were thawed out before I cooked the rest, pop a bit of salt on the raw slice,a nd chew it up......it was damn good actually

I like Juan's wife's....nevermind, I'm not going to say it. I remember learning about the Latin machismo culture and he'd probably get pissed, plus I've seen Juan say family is off limits and I always listen to Juan.
I like shrimp cocktail and tuna, but sushi sucks. To say sushi tastes like a combination of ass and dirty, masturbatory receptacle socks would be an insult to ass and dirty, masturbatory receptacle socks.

Hell Juan, I keep forgetting you have a real wife. I automatically think of Mark when you start talking about your wife. I would have to assume the biggest difference would be Mark is much more willing to have sex???

Jesus Christ, you must be tired...look at your typing.
I'm going to bed too, I think my coworkers are getting sick of my snoring at the office.

LMAO. My wife shakes her head at me when she sees me screwing around with you guys online, but she is far more concerned with the odd activities she hears me doing in the bathroom behind locked doors. Although she does enjoy the fact that when I'm done I'm too tired to make a move on her.

Re: Sushi?
Yeah what Mark said. The acid in the lemon or lime reacts with the proteins in the fish and basically cooks it.

Sushi rocks. It's not that I'm real metrosexual or anything....I just have a broad range of taste. I'll try dang near anything, and I'll like most of it.
