Re: Politics
nah, I see a lot of pretty Lib types as well, although it's hard to take many of them seriously.
I found myself going more and more liberal as i picked up more and more schooling in drugs of abuse, sociology, and science itself and found I could not align myself with the right on anything except gun control......basically, I LIKE the idea of less government and I LIKE the idea of not needing sex ed if we could just put blinders on kids till they turned 18, and I LIKE the idea of 3 strikes, in concept, but none of those work beyond the theoretical, in my opinion.
Dems toss too much money at problems, I'll agree to that, but Republicans (the current crop) instead consults their bible, looks at if it will increase taxes at all, and then simply denies or outlaws it (the problem) instead without looking at if that's even the most economical or practical approach.......of the 2 that scares me worse than the spending does.

wow, i agree with you on a few,in reality, both groups are trying to kill the other, there is no middle ground,,,at all, and that sucks.
if we go Democratic this election, i wonder if my job is going to survive, when Clinton introduced Nafta we lost a shitload of jobs, a lot of factories moved to CHINA , it was supposeed to help Mexico & Canada, and China is the one getting all the damn jobs? go figure.

Re: Politics
NAFTA has become a bit of a black eye, hopefully nobody is gonna pursue expanding that, I think Obama may have been the only one in favor of actually curbing it back.
and yeah, for the Right I just look at things like abstinence-only programs and 3-strikes laws and it seems no matter how much data piles up suggesting they don't work, the right refuses to look at it. It seems like morality trumps common sense, practicality, freedom, and the constitution WAY too often now because they feel a need to play to their base

its a huge black eye, i remember the reasons that where given for it,,,"its going to create jobs shouth of the border & stop the flow of immigration" and the fucking jobs & go to China.
I do agree the Republican side is fucking blid to a lot of issues, shit that does not work keeps getting pushed based on some jackass pushing the bible or a personal agenda.
well, like the poltergeist lady said.
"who you gona pick, tweedle dom, or tweedle dommer" or some shit like that.
