Slowcam Chrono Results
I shot my Switchback XT through a chronograph this weekend, here are the results:
27 inch draw & 68 pound draw weight with 27 inch arrows:
385 grain arrows = 255 fps
435 grain arrows = 238 fps
Ok speedfreaks...flame away.

Anything under 300fps is unethical!

Re: Slowcam Chrono Results
Where's '08? I think Darla is shooting way faster than that...
Prediction- you'll have a GTO before next season.
...even with my old ass Z-max, Im getting 277fps / 406gr / 30"DL. Admiitedly, my DL is way too long by T standards. With a hard-on, at best im a leaning F. ...embarrassing now that I look back. Kinda like hanging out at a party all night and then going to the bathroom and while checking your cool self out in the mirror, you notice a bugar dangling.
Anyhow, ya Jack...thats way slow. Put that thing in the classifieds for $299 loaded!

Yeah, I'm hoping Michael sees this and feels so sorry for me he offers me a new GTO in exchange for my XT and about $200. That way these guys will stop picking on me.

Ummmmmm......the kinda arrows that have blown completely through six deer in the last two years, including three bucks.
And I'm talking about real Illinois deer Marcus...not the little rabbits with antlers like you guys grow in Texas.
All you guys can just keep talking about your arrow speeds, meanwhile I'll just keep on filling my tags each year while you guys are shooting foam and dryhumping your chronographs.

dry humping is sooo unethical,, not to mention it leads to rashes .
we are just teasing you.
still interested in knowing what kind of arrow you shoot.

ahem, it's probably because gravity is helping you while you are hiding 55ft up in a tree waiting for your monster deer to walk by, no?

The lighter arrows were Carbon Express Terminator Lite Hunters 4560's.
The heavier arrows were Carbon Express Hunter Selects 5570's.
I'm sure I could get my speeds up to 275 if I dropped my arrow weight down around 350, but light arrows are unethical and they just bounce off of the biguns that I shoot. And the wind always blows hard on the Illinois prairie, I can't have a light arrow that gets blown two feet off course when I'm taking 86 yard shots. Do I need to get SEO and ATL over here and explain the theory of momentum and penetration to you rookies???
